- Cancellation - To receive a full refund the order must be cancelled within 24hrs via e-mail. And the consumer must respond to receipt of cancellation notice from Firdaus Designs.
- Online Store Credit/Exchange - Must be used within 30 business days. It may be applied to one or more items as long as the credit/exchange is for the exact dollar amount of the original purchase.
- Returned Item - Must be in the same manner it was delivered, with all tags attached. The item must not have been worn, altered, laundered or used. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost and responsibilities. (tracking number, confirmation number, confirmation of delivery).
- United States Parcel Service (USPS) is Firdaus Designs shipping carrier. Please allow 5-7 days for ground delivery. You will receive an invoice via e-mail regarding your purchase and delivery.
